The Lost Codex of Mirkryn: Grimhaven

It has been our pleasure to have worked with Sundered Skies Press to work on a couple of artworks for their TTRPG, The Lost Codex of Mirkryn: Grimhaven. The artworks that we got to work on are for:

Soridiel’s Domain

Soridiel

A pale emaciated body donned in discarded mildew ridden clothing. His decades of filthy sewer dwelling have left Soridiel shrouded in layers of grime, masking his once divine physique which was made pale and gnarled after their decent. Two elongated arms drag the fallen one through Grimhaven’s sewer ways, adorned with rot ridden nails.

A pale, lifeless face emphases Soridiel’s hollow state of being, the only sense of vibrancy across his entire body coming from the slightest tinge of purple across his lips and the piercing light of fallen divinity in his harsh eyes. Thick locks of matted hair poor out from the near feral angel’s scalp, framing the angel’s grimace with strands of black, hair that drips with oil and similar vile oozes. Once unequalled in beauty, the wings of Soridiel, written of in the fables of man, where transfigured after his decent, taking on the elements of his sewer way home and twisting into a cape of sludge-like pseudopods.

Due to his filthy appearance and preference for the subterranean parts of Grimhaven, Soridiel has developed tactics to camouflage into his environment through use of his less visually biological features making him a hard target to spot at a distance. His domain beneath the sewers makes this even more difficult as Soridiel’s lair is filled with mould, debris, and pools of black ooze.

Red Stallion Stakeout

Red Stallion Stakeout

A figure dressed in a red cloak sits on the edge of a Venetian style building, looking down at the exterior of a quiet inn as he waits for his target to leave.
