CDS will be having a booth at Doujin overload 2009, a comics and animation fan event on the 25th of July, held in Auckland, New Zealand, courtesy of artist Tragic comedy, who is currently in hiding there. The booth number is C7. EDIT: new item added.

I had always envisioned 40k with Japanese SFX. Its pure unadulterated awesome. Maybe this could be a new trend? Unfortunately, this pic kind of burns the eye after awhile. Im not quite sure why. Maybe the bloodlust is getting to everyone?

So theres no official first post yet, but I thought I’d like to do a first rant of the sort.
Well, basically, after meeting and talking to Mr Sonny, Yong How, 0ne (Thanks guys for all the critiques about our work! Will pay attention to the points you mentioned!) and my artists, plus my personal experiences with freelancing and the like, Im pretty dismayed to finally realize that both professional and aspiring artists alike both face the common problem of not earning enough to live a decent lifestyle. With the exception of a lucky few who have made it like, really big thanks to their tremendous talent and hard work.
