Wow what a terrific event STCC was. Honestly, i did not expect the response to be so huge from even the hardcore collectors, not to say the general public. We had a terrific time during all 3 days and made loads of new friends and saw loads of interesting stuff.
Some more interesting highlights include IFS’s on the spot artwork demonstration, trying out the uber expensive Wacom Cintiq tablet, playing and getting a new Magic the Gathering Deck, played more General’s Orders and of cause, meeting everyone who has come to support our booth!
Definitely enjoyed the event.
Next week is Cosfest! The organizers are still making arrangements for Cosfest booth assignment (more assignments still, apparently) but we definitely will be have a booth so do look out for us! All our preorder items will also be on sale that day. Preorders can also be collected on the day itself so please bring your receipts for proof of preorder!
And speaking of Preorder, our last preorder activity ended on 28th June 2008. Thank you for your continuous support! Also, thank you The Anime House, Nandemoya and KKnM for allowing our preorder activities for proceeding and thanks a million for your continuous help and encouragements!

Just back from STCC Day 1 and i have to say, what a fun event it is.
For those who have no idea what STCC is, it is a convention held in Suntec City Convention Hall 603 called the Singapore Toys and Comics Convention. The name says it all.
The day was an interesting mix of events. Getting ready in the booth and walking around, making new contacts and talking to the industry people.
Among the highlights were the chat with the Minister (guest of honor) when he visited our booth, talked to Stanley from Imaginary Friends Studio, saw the Storm Troopers and Star Wars figurine collection (massive i tell you) at the Hasbro booth, learned how to play General’s Orders (which is damn intriguing btw) by Strategy Entertainment, seeing retro Lao Fu Zi, GLOOMY the naughty grizzly, looking at cute TokiDoki merchandises and much much more.
Somehow, I still can’t belief that they could have made a toy Bread that SMELLS, FEELS and LOOKS like a bun so much so that i thought i would buy it as a snack before dinner.
Overall, an interesting event. Please visit our booth if you ever drop by the event! We’re at booth F04 and those who wish to collect their #CDS0003 - 魔法少女リリカルなのはStrikerS ルカ魔導師 can do so at the event!

CDS will be having it’s own booth at STCC, Singapore Toys and Comics Convention. It will be held at Suntec Singapore Convention Halls, Level 6 Hall 603 from 27th to 29th June. Please go to the event website for more details.

Due to the overwhelming response, the preorder for #CDS0003 - 魔法少女リリカルなのはStrikerS ルカ魔導師 (Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS The Belka Mages) Fanarts print set will be concluding soon due to the limited numbers that we set out to produce. Very limited number of orders are left for both A3 and A4 size so preorder while stocks still last.
However, we will still be producing prints for the next event as stated (limited number as well). So those who didn’t have the chance to grab the preorders can still pick up the A4 size at the next event. Also, the preorders of #CDS0004 - Talisman (Touhou/vocaloids fanarts OST/doujin manga set) and #CDS0005 - Mag Mell (CLANNAD Fanarts print set) are still open so preorder now while stocks last. Meanwhile, #CDS0006 - Lament preview and preorder will be up soon so stay tuned.

Normally Im a very very apathetic and overtly cynical person, but for once I couldn’t find the energy to think of a snide barb to this picture.
For the first time in a really long while, I felt really sad that this tragedy occurred in one of my favorite places in the world. During my weekend stay in Akiba last year, I fondly remember the sights and sounds of the weekend crowd on that very same street. Now I know that I might never see some familiar faces the next time I go there to pay my respects to the fallen. Life goes on, but Akiba will never truely be the same again…
Give Peace a chance, la. Violence solves nothing.
It really angers me that for no apparent reason some nutcase went on a mad rampage and we were helpless to do something about it…If you were there, what would you have done?
